Morand - Swiss Raspberry Brandy

The raspberries are hand-picked at optimum ripeness and carefully placed in crates. After manual sorting, the fruits macerate in high-proof alcohol for several weeks. This mixture is distilled with great care. The brandy is left to rest for at least 6 months before being sold. The fruits come exclusively from the canton of Valais in Switzerland. Ideally enjoyed as a digestif, at room temperature, chilled or even chilled, depending on taste. Tasting notes From its clear, transparent, slightly crystalline color, we find a very marked, typical raspberry nose. On the palate, the raspberry is omnipresent with a lovely roundness and sweetness which remain in the mouth with a long finish focused on the fruit. Development Origin: Switzerland
