A double plot of magnificent old Grenache and Carignan from a delicate and elegant vintage. 

Strength and freshness which will go wonderfully with aperitifs or braised red meats. Grape varieties Grenache 50%, Carignan 50% Intense and deep red color.   Tasting notes Fresh nose of red fruits. 

Powerful and refreshing on the palate, with notes of pepper and spices.   Food pairing Ideal as an aperitif, it will pair with cold meats or braised red meats. 

With its freshness, it will also enhance spicy dishes or couscous.   Tasting advice It is best enjoyed at room temperature (16-19°C) and can be kept for 10 years.   All the sunshine from our scrublands! Spicy notes, a powerful and peppery mouthfeel accompanied by aromas of roast bread for a surprisingly aromatic and subtle wine. The bunches are harvested at optimal maturity, manually or mechanically. 

After traditional vinification in century-old vats, it was matured and aged for 12 months before being bottled at the estate by our family.
