At the Domaine de l'Airial, the floor is given to grapes, precious wood barrels and time. Issued exclusively from the estate's vines and guaranteed 100% natural: without caramel, no coloring or added sulphites. Naturally soft, thickened by years of aging in small oak barrels. A range of sensations, aromas of gingerbread, a final note of prunes. Its sweetness is balanced by a fine acidity. Its refinement will accompany fresh pasta or risotto, on a piece of aged Parmesan, on a foie gras. Vinegars vinified like grown-ups raw.
