R E Z E P T SUGGESTIONS Indian potatoes 4 large potatoes 1 tablespoon olive oil 3 tablespoons panch phoron Wash the potatoes, cut into 6 – 8 pieces, add salt and cook until they are not quite soft. Remove and dry between kitchen towels. Heat oil in a pan, stir in panch phoron and heat for about 30 seconds. Add the potato pieces and fry until nicely browned and coated with the panch phoron. Serve.
