Panch phoron

The panch phoron is the most widely used masala in Bengal. To use it, it must be roasted for a few seconds in ghee or oil, before incorporating it at the end of cooking in your sautéed potatoes or any other vegetable dish. 100% natural: no additives, no coloring, no preservatives, no GMOs and no irradiation.
