Our natural vegetable cannery. Our piquillo peppers are grown in Navarre, one of the five Basque provinces. They are grilled over a wood fire before being peeled. Known for their soft, fruity and chewy flesh, del piquillo peppers are used in the making of several tapas and are very popular in Basque cuisine. Our tasting advice: For your tapas, mixed salads or sauces, peppers remain the preferred accompaniment to your grilled meats. The dish that highlights them the most is the piquillo with cod stuffing.
