We select the best peppers from the Piquillo de Lodosa D.O. and we roast them with beech wood. We peel them without water so they don't lose their flavor and we pack them in their juice. It is a very laborious process with a delicious result. Our production is supervised by the regulatory council of the Denomination of Origin: Lodosa Piquillo peppers and this is confirmed by the numbered back label that always bears the container.
