Lila and the Flower of a Thousand Colors

A story for doing yoga as a family, written by Élodie Jean and illustrated by Kim Consigny The postures are done as a family, as the story unfolds. Large illustrated scenes take place inside a house. Like an improvised theater, Lila's parents transform a play with the means at hand and a lot of ingenuity and creativity, to stick to the story. The touch of humor of the illustrations mixed with the technical and rigorous aspect necessary for the practice of yoga brings a great originality to this work.
