Black garlic - Clove

Emile Noël has teamed up with Maison Boutarin, a reference in black garlic, to create two new products. The white garlic, harvested in the Drôme, is matured at low temperature for several days. This process gives it charcoal-colored pods, a subtle taste and a melting texture. Its aromas of candied fruit, liquorice and balsamic vinegar make it an ally in the kitchen, appetizer to dessert.
