Our Ayurvedic Kapha tea is a herbal tea made from a carefully selected blend of ingredients. 

These include ginger, licorice root, lemongrass, anise, cinnamon, coriander, lemon oil, lemon verbena, black pepper and cardamom. 

All ingredients come from controlled organic farming and are processed and packaged by hand. 

In Ayurvedic tradition, Kapha is referred to as a dosha that represents stability and strength. 

People who have excessive Kapha often feel sluggish and have difficulty finding drive. 

Our Ayurvedic Kapha tea has been specifically developed to balance and stimulate the Kapha dosha. 

Many of the herbs and spices it contains have stimulating properties and help cleanse and revitalize the body. 

The combination of ginger and lemon creates a refreshing taste that refreshes the palate and invigorates the mind. 

The tea is flavored with essential oils and contains no caffeine/tea. 

It can be enjoyed at any time of the day and is particularly suitable as a supplement to a healthy and balanced diet. 

Our tea is produced and packaged in northern Germany in our Gräfenhof tea factory.
