Handmade kitchen knife Hac

Hac is the Vietnamese word for heron. The heron represents stability and harmony. Figures of herons standing on turtles can often be seen in pagodas and temples. These sculptures symbolize the harmony between heaven and earth. The heron can also be found on the famous Dong Son drums. This small knife is ideal for cleaning and peeling fruit and vegetables. The preparation of smaller vegetables such as garlic or onions is also effortless with this knife. Each of our knives is handcrafted by a traditional blacksmith factory in Cao Bang in northern Vietnam. The color and shape of the knives may vary slightly from the illustration.
