Anchovy fillet in organic olive oil Shelf life of 6 months

Our friends from Getaria, Maison Maisor, make nets anchovies in exceptional oil. Not to miss ! After 6 months of maturation in vats (at room temperature), the anchovies are cleaned and then the fillets are dried before being put in a glass with our organic oil. It sounds simple, but it’s a titanic job. Semi-preserved, can be kept in a cool place of between 5 and 10 degrees, 6-month shelf life
