This mézé combines the traditional Greek red pepper with tomato and Katiki, a fresh PDO cheese made from goat's and sheep's milk that comes from Domokos region. The peppers are baked at a high temperature. They are marinated overnight with tomato and spices. This candied mixture is then mixed with the cream cheese to add smoothness. Ideal with Mediterranean risotto or white fish.
