The estate is located in Aghavnadzor in the region of Vayots Dzor in Armenia at an altitude of 1300m. The volcanic soil is high in sand and gravel with a continental climate with around 250 sunny days per year. After a meticulous selection, the grapes are harvested at the beginning of November at the highest degree of maturity. After destemming and crushing, a "sampling" of approximately 15% of the juice is carried out to obtain a higher concentration. After a short cold maceration, the wine undergoes an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a prolonged post-fermentation maceration.
