Discover our latest novelty, squash misugaru! Misugaru is a mixture of roasted and ground cereals into powder, in the Korean tradition. It is used to make milk drinks, for a healthy snack at any time of the day. This misugaru is produced from barley, pumpkin powder, soybeans and glutinous brown rice. Mixed with water or milk, this misugaru has a real sweetness brought by the squash, which makes it a very “dessert” misugaru. Like all our other misugaru, this product is made by our Bangyudang roaster, which supplies us with oils and sesame seeds in particular. He uses his talents as a roaster to create this very good product, made from quality cereals grown 100% in South Korea. Usage tips : Mix 2 tablespoons of misugaru with 250 ml of milk or water and a few ice cubes in a mixer or blender. Add sugar, honey or even rice syrup according to your taste and enjoy! If you are unsure between water and milk, know that a shake with milk will give you more thickness and consistency. You can also sprinkle a few pinches on ice cream or yogurt for a delicious taste of toasted cereal, and a nice orange touch. It is normal that a few lumps may appear during preparation. For a uniform preparation, use a whisk, a mixer or a blender. Composition : Barley, Pumpkin powder, Soy, Glutinous brown rice. Conservation : Before opening, store your misugaru in a dry, cool place, away from light. After opening, we recommend placing it in the refrigerator.
