
Misugaru is a traditional Korean mixture of powdered cereals. It is used to make shake-type drinks. This “Black Misugaru” is a mixture of powders from several cereals: barley, black beans, glutinous brown rice and black rice. Mixed in a shake with water or milk, this roasted seed powder will bring delicious cereal aromas, almost reminiscent of roasted sesame. It is a dense misugaru, satisfying and rich in taste. This drink can be taken for breakfast or as a snack throughout the day. It is healthy, filling, with a low calorie content. This Misugaru is produced by our supplier Bangyudang who uses his roasting skills to make this excellent product, made only from quality cereals grown in South Korea. Usage tips : Mix 2 tablespoons of this Misugaru in a blender or mixer with 250 ml of milk or water as well as a few ice cubes. Add sugar, honey or even rice sugar syrup according to your taste and enjoy! If you are unsure between water and milk, know that a shake with milk will give you more thickness and consistency. You can also sprinkle a few pinches on ice cream or yogurt for a nice toasted cereal taste. It is normal that a few lumps may appear during preparation.
