Calabrian seasoned spicy rolled bacon 500 g

Pancetta is one of the most used cured meats in Calabrian cuisine. Obtained from the lower rib of the pigs, it is presented in alternating layers of fat and lean. Produced without gluten and milk derivatives, pancetta is flavored with red pepper and can be stretched, sectioned with the rind and cut into a rectangular shape, or rolled up, skinned and wrapped in casings. Finally, it undergoes a slow maturation which lasts about forty-five days for the stretched bacon and about ninety for the rolled one. Vacuum packed Vacuum-packed 500 g pack.
