Dry sausages

Dry sausage, the flagship product of our range of pigs raised on straw on the farm in Normandy. Made from 500g of pork during production, it dries for a minimum of 6 weeks in our on-farm dryer. Very low fat content, quality meat and drying time are the key elements of real farmhouse sausage. Its fragrance and taste quality will seduce customers fond of aperitifs!
