Brieronne langouille has been Labbe Simon's specialty since 1982. We have also made it in the form of a characterful rillette, creamy and with unique flavors. The langouille rillettes are added between two slices of bread, to prepare a sandwich that is out of the ordinary. They accompany your toast and release the smoky notes of brined pork tongue in just one bite. Our langouille rillettes are produced in our laboratory located in Saint-Malo de Guersac.
