Dark chocolate with BUCKWHEAT 75% PERU

We work with JP Cloteau, buckwheat producer in Bain de Bretagne (35). We sweeten this buckwheat slightly before roasting it and mixing it with chocolate. In the first mouth, the aromatic notes of chocolate are revealed, rather spicy notes, then quickly come the buckwheat seeds which are revealed as the chocolate melts in the mouth and cracks under the tooth. It's a trip between two worlds, Peru and Brittany which go together perfectly! Ingredients: cocoa beans* (Peru), blond cane sugar*(1), buckwheat*(2) 9%. *ingredient from organic farming (1) fair trade ingredient (2) ingredient produced in Brittany Our tablets are all packaged in a biodegradable and compostable bag in household compost. The cardboard that protects it was printed in Brittany with vegetable inks!
