Landa's Whiskey - Bush

French Whisky, Single Grain Barley Malt, Raw Barley and Corn. The production campaign of Brousse is the first of Landa’s Distillerie. It took place from 2019 to 2020, with brewing combining barley malt with non-malted and local cereals. After two traditional direct flame distillations in Pot Still, the new-make (or distillate) undergoes a double maturation for one year in new French oak barrels then two years in Ex-Cognac. Nose: Gourmand and fine, on pastry and pear-type white fruits. Palate: Moderately woody. Slightly spicy on the attack then confirmation of the pastry oriented towards vanilla and again the pear towards the finish.
