A legacy that passes from father to son. We take care and elaborate our oil preserving the aroma and traditional flavor.

In 2017 we began the conversion process of our oil. Leaving behind the conventional cultivation modality and betting on the so-called ecological production, that is, free of chemical products. The extraction process of our extra virgin olive oil is called cold extraction. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Thanks to this we preserve the biodiversity of our farms and our oil preserves a traditional aroma and flavor.
The farms are located in the Subbética mountain range, specifically in Sierra Mágina. Due to the orography and typology of the existing terrain in this mountain range, we obtain an oil with differentiated organoleptic qualities.
We harvest the fruit with methods that are less aggressive for the tree, resembling the manual harvesting that our ancestors did.

Thanks to this we preserve the health of the olive tree so that its production is of quality year after year.

We take care that the collection is early and at its optimum moment, it is another of the premises for obtaining quality.
The extraction process of our extra virgin olive oil is called cold extraction.

It is carried out using mechanical procedures, taking care at all times that the temperature of this process oscillates between 22ºC – 23ºC.
