Crème Quercy, 130 g

Discover the fine Quercy vegetable cream made from white beans, refined with tomatoes and aromatic garlic. Inspired by the Quercy region of southwest France, this cream offers the best of Mediterranean cuisine in a creamy and aromatic delight. Quercy is located in the southwest of France, in what is now Occitania, which was merged from Languedoc-Roussillon and Midi-Pyrénées as a result of the regional reform. In terms of landscape, culture and gastronomy, this region is considered a true paradise and is known for its delicious regional cuisine. Dishes with duck, truffles, chestnuts and, of course, beans have a long tradition here. Inspired by the specialty cassoulet, a classic bean dish from the region, we chose white beans as the base for this cream. They are rich in vegetable proteins and fiber and give Quercy a velvety texture and pleasant nutty note. Served on toasted slices of bread, it “ennobles” any aperitif and it can also score points as a crust on lamb steaks.
