Spicy artichoke hearts

An original way to prepare this small vegetable very popular with Italians. Our producer, based in Sicily, personally cultivates these artichokes. The best artichokes, with the most tender buds, are selected during harvest. After a new selection, they are preserved in oil with the addition of spices and flavorings to guarantee a rich taste.
