An original way to prepare this little vegetable loved by Italians. Our producer based in Sicily cultivates these artichokes himself. The best artichokes, with the most tender buds, are selected during the harvest. After a new selection, they are grilled one by one over low heat with meticulous care. They are then immersed in olive oil, which preserves their aroma, flavor and organoleptic properties.
