
The white fig is very fragrant but its flesh is softer and has a less pronounced taste than that of the black fig. We chose it for its delicacy and subtlety. With it, you have in your hands a real concentrate of Mediterranean summer. Cooked in a copper cauldron from fruits selected for their flavor potential, our jams and jellies will be a delight for your breakfasts, desserts, snacks... Originally, as our name suggests, we were mainly dedicated to the processing of small red fruits. Even today they constitute our great specialty, and, as the Pyrenees oblige, wild blueberries and black cherries are still our essentials. However, any good jam maker must offer the great classics such as strawberry and apricot jams.... We have worked them in our own way so that their taste is also unique: very fragrant flesh of the Mara des bois variety.
