BERNARDO SELECTION BONELESS SHOULDER

In our Bernardo Selección boned shoulder we discover a bright cherry red hue, delicately intertwined and with a high percentage of oleic acid which helps maintain an adequate level of cholesterol in the blood, as well as being rich in protein, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, magnesium, folic acid and vitamin E (excellent antioxidant). On the nose we recognize intense and pleasant aromas, comparable to shoulders of the GOLD range, Pata Negra, typical of its character and personality. In the mouth we appreciate an unmistakable bouquet, enveloping and maintained with a touch of sweetness, due to a reduction in salting time and long maturation, obtaining a healthier, tastier and more palatable product.
