Chorizo 'Cular de Bellota' is a delicious cured meat made with meat from 100% Iberian Pata Negra pigs, known for their acorn-based diet (bellota). This chorizo features a medium grind, which contributes to a balanced texture. Its flavor is enriched by the use of La Vera paprika and spices, which give a characteristic smoky and slightly spicy flavour. The Chorizo 'Cular de Bellota' is stuffed into natural casings, maintaining the traditional authenticity in its preparation. Maturing for approximately 4-5 months allows the flavors to fully develop, resulting in a rich and tasty chorizo.
