Both are labeled Artisan Producers of Quality by the COLLÈGE CULINAIRE DE FRANCE. They have combined their unique know-how to create an exclusive Cabernet-Sauvignon grape jelly, one of the most produced grape varieties in the world, known for its freshness, acidity and floral aromas. The grapes come from organic vines in the Bordeaux region, are pressed on the property using the traditional method and then cooked in a cauldron.
