
APPELLATION AOC Côtes du Rhône Blanc LOCATION Coming from young vines, planted on clay-limestone soil, this great classic delivers the particular charm of southern whites, with concentration and freshness. VINEYARD AND TERROIR The harvest is done manually in 15 kg perforated crates, and in the early morning. GRAPE VARIETIES Roussane, Marsane, Grenache blanc, Clairette. ÉLABORATION The grape varieties are vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Fermentation takes place gently, at a temperature regulated at 16°C.Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve freshness, and the grape varieties are blended just before bottling. TASTING Beautiful golden yellow color with bright reflections. The bouquet is delicate and complex, floral and slightly exotic. The attack on the palate is fresh, the mid-palate is rich and fleshy. The minerality is persistent. SERVICE AND PAIRINGS 12-13°C, to serve with a supreme of poultry, cooked fish, or even a cow's milk cheese.
