Try the Macadamia nut pack 250gr. Macadamia nuts harvested, opened and selected manually by a cooperative of micro producers in the volcanic lands of Kenya. Rich in antioxidants, monounsaturated fats and Omega7, excellent as snacks and aperitifs. Macadamia trees are grown in agroforestry at the foot of Mount Kenya, in the Rift Valley, on volcanic soil and tropical climate. 15 meters tall, with powerful roots, they offer us precious oily fruits and help prevent erosion. Our walnuts grow in compliance with organic rules and are harvested, opened and selected manually by a cooperative of micro-producers who own and take care of about twenty trees each, from which they draw a fair and regular economic sustenance.
