This exceptional flour produced in Versailles since 1905 is a high-end whole wheat flour ideal for making wholemeal bread. To make a whole wheat bread, you will need to add our white wheat flour "Super Froment", this will allow you, depending on your dosage, to make a more or less dark whole wheat bread. The expiration date is on the underside of the packaging and will be at least 5 months after receipt.
