É listen to the simmer of cooking in the cauldron and inhale the scents evocative of this clever balance.                                        Each Christmas jam is delicately potted by hand in order to preserve the small, carefully chosen cherries.     Reminiscences of our Christmases of yesteryear...     An artisanal creation that looks like a treat: a rare, unique and organic jam!     Treat yourself !                                        At Muroise & Compagnie we love this vintage jam recipe made from morello cherries, kirsch and chocolate which teases memories and taste buds!                                        Without hesitation, we associate it with sweet or savory recipes: this magnificent artisanal jam: - tops rice pudding, -magnifies a nice slice of brioche -wakes up vanilla ice cream.  For a very “chef's cooking” sweet and sour effect, this Christmas jam goes sumptuously with roast wild boar or game.   -Made in our production workshop in Vallet (44), France. - All the pots are filled one by one by hand, 100% artisanal know-how. - Cooking in a copper cauldron.   - Jar 220 g. - Packaged in cartons of 12 220 g pots. - Store in a cool place once opened.
