As a child, my parents passed on to me the values of sharing and conviviality. It was then obvious to me to work in gastronomy where I learned the profession from the greatest.
With the covid-19 crisis, I understood that every moment of life must be lived to the fullest, because from now on, no one knows what tomorrow will bring. It is with this in mind that I created Haï-Shaq which means “drink life” in Hebrew.
I want to make everyone aware that we should not miss any opportunity to celebrate life, to come together around a friendly event. It is in this state of mind that I was inspired by the singularity of my family members by imagining a collection of unique and atypical drinks in their image.
In addition to experience in catering, and an entrepreneur at heart, I have created several digital start-ups. Like a mixologist, I wanted to combine digital and gastronomy.
An original way to treat cocktails. All cocktails are created like a gourmet dish; combination of flavors, use of fruity aromatic garnishes, balance and power in the mouth.
Digital makes it possible to connect as close as possible to the consumer, and to develop ranges as well as production according to the needs and desires of communities. No more problems with food waste and stock, because this is managed in real time.
