We are Thibault and Charles, childhood friends and sons of farmers,
passionate about terroirs and good times to share with friends. We have
at heart to promote French agriculture in a logic of good
using our resources!
Pairdry?
It is a new drink made from French Mirabelle plums 100% IGP Lorraine
which will illuminate your aperitifs. His secret? A unique manufacturing process
which combines the fermentation and infusion of the juice of our Mirabelle plums with a
natural flower. Thus, you get a fresh, fruity drink,
sparkling, alcoholic (6°) or alcohol-free (0°) which does not guarantee any
bitterness.
Tasting notes:
Alcoholic Pairdry:
Colour: Bright gold
Nose: La Pairdry 6% reveals beautiful floral aromas and
fresh mirabelle plums.
Palate: An attack that can recall a cider before revealing
gradually
magnificent markers of fresh Mirabelle plums. Very nice length
stuffy.
Use: to taste between 5 and 6°.
Pairdry Without Alcohol:
Colour: Intense gold
Nose: The approach to the nose is strikingly indulgent. The
Pairdry 0% reveals the honeyed side of the mirabelle plum from Lorraine.
Mouth: Beginning of the mouth which expresses aromas of honey to give way
with a fresh candied mirabelle plum. Very nice length in the mouth.
Use: to taste between 5 and 6°.
