At L’Atelier du Ferment, we prepare fruit kefir just like at home, by hand and with passion.
The story began with Sylvie, who inherited recipes from her mother, her grandmother, and all the women in the family before her. Today, she passes on this know-how to her daughter Marjolaine.
Together, we are keeping alive a 5-generation tradition: that of a living kefir, unpasteurized, unfiltered, naturally sparkling thanks to our wild ferments.
