L'Atelier du Ferment is a project born from the common fascination of Sylvie and her daughter Marjolaine for Fruit Kefir, this ancestral fermented drink full of life and health benefits. Sylvie, like her mother before her, continues the family tradition by making Fruit Kefir for her children, and this is how the passion for kefir has been passed down for five generations in the family.
