📢Since 2022, Vésulien Pierre MIGARD has launched SHOGGA, its non-alcoholic, organic, vegan and 100% natural drink.   Consumed as an aperitif, it is also appreciated by customers for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
 
 What to drink during evenings with friends when esophagitis (chronic inflammation of
esophagus) has prevented you from consuming alcohol for several years?
Pierre Migard asked himself this question personally and he was far from suspecting that it would push him, in May 2022, to create his new company.   However, this is how Shogga was born, its brand of organic, vegan non-alcoholic drink made from 100% natural ingredients.  
From February 2022, Vésulien began working on the composition of its beverage, with the desire to promote ginger as the main ingredient.   This spice is, in fact, very developed in the form of a drink in several foreign countries, such as Belgium, but still very little in France.   The name “SHOGGA” also means “ginger” in Japanese and was suggested by a childhood friend of Pierre MIGARD, a biology professor in Tokyo.

🌍Relying on a French research and development firm, the company manager spent six months testing formulations before finding the right one.   The piperine from Kampot pepper, harvested in Cambodia and considered one of the best varieties in the world by certain chefs, activates the curcumin from turmeric and the gingerol from cold-pressed ginger.   Combined with lemon, they give rise to a powerful mixture… and good for your health. ✨

🚀 «Since the creation of SHOGGA, we have participated in various exhibitions in the agri-food sector, where we have been able to have our product tasted by many visitors.   We first imagined it as a non-alcoholic, low-calorie aperitif drink, which also goes very well with rum, crémant, beer, brown alcohol or gin to make cocktails.   But many customers consume it as a treatment, every morning.   These superfoods have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties,” assures Pierre MIGARD, son and grandson of wine merchants.
 
 A precursor on the French market 🇫🇷, SHOGGA is starting to make waves on social networks.   Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pierre MIGARD and his small team, which is just waiting to grow, use these different channels a lot to share the values ​​of their organic and 100% French-made drink.   In particular, they share around forty cooking recipes, cocktails and mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails) created using SHOGGA and published on the brand's official website.
 
 In a few months, SHOGGA has revealed itself at several prestigious agri-food trade fairs, such as Sihra in Lyon where the Haut-Saône company was selected among around thirty start-ups.   Its spicy flavors, which awaken the taste buds, have already won over hotel and restaurant professionals.   SHOGGA is already sold in organic stores, delicatessens, wine merchants or concept stores.
