Our gorgonzola DOP is an uncooked, straw-white cheese with green streaks due to the marbling process, i.e. the formation of mould. It is creamy and soft, with a particular and characteristic flavor. It is produced with pasteurized milk from cowsheds in the DOP area of origin, with the addition of lactic ferments and selected molds that give it its characteristic veins. Our Gorgonzola has a minimum maturation period of 50 days and a maximum of 150 days. It is offered in pieces of approximately 1.5 kg Price per kg: €16.5 excluding VAT
