The apples for this juice come from the orchards of 11 arborists in Pays de la Loire. 

These arborists are shareholders of Pom'Evasion which presses the fruits to extract the juice. The blackcurrant comes from our partner FRUITS ROUGES & Co. •Real work on production costs. 

Farmers have their own tools, which makes it possible to use downgraded fruits, the percentage of which can reach 30% of the harvest. In addition, the purchase price of apples is set by the farmers themselves.
