Farmers are implementing practices, such as the drastic reduction of phytosanitary products or the presence of hedges and flower strips, which make it possible to regenerate the biodiversity and ecosystems of their orchards. All these actions promote soil biodiversity and allow good nutrition in orchards: quality apples and healthy orchards! •60% of the orchards are labeled Organic Agriculture. 

The apples for this juice come from the orchards of 11 arborists in Pays de la Loire. 

These arborists are shareholders of Pom'Evasion which presses the fruits to extract the juice. Lemon is grown in Spain by our partner Siracuse. •Real work on production costs. 

Farmers have their own tools, which makes it possible to use downgraded fruits, the percentage of which can reach 30% of the harvest. In addition, the purchase price of apples is set by the farmers themselves.
