Aleppo Kebbeh Spices

Kebbes are bulgur doughnuts stuffed with meat, usually served with a yogurt sauce (tzatziki). It is a very widespread specialty in the Middle East, particularly in Lebanon, Türkiye, Palestine and Syria. Our Kebbeh spices are composed of - among others - cumin, cinnamon, Isfahan rose petals, black lemon and Aleppo pepper. A complex blend of 16 spices which give it the right balance and a lovely roundness.
