We were born in Levante, we love its gastronomy and, in particular, rice as a recipe anchored in our memory of taste. We dedicate all our work to bringing the good things of this land closer to each home, and Pepe Rodríguez, a friend from the interior, crossed our path...

20 years behind us, researching rice and paella, and now, together with Pepe Rodríguez, taking a giant step to organize the best artisan cuisine specializing in the preparation of 100% natural broths.

Eliminating any type of preservative or flavor enhancer: such as monosodium glutamate, so common today in the food industry, because we have the firm conviction that the only flavor contribution can only be given by the best raw material, and from there! we don't plan to move!

We want everyone to be able to eat good rice and at its point, in an easy and totally natural way, achieving precision without the need for "rice mastery" to succeed with a perfect paella.

And that's where our name came from... simple paellas and rice dishes with the quality you deserve, Paellissimo.
