Tasting Visual: Yellow of medium intensity, limpid, some silvery nuances. Nose: Notes of peaches and apricots emerge first, orange blossom, lily flower, light creamy caramel, honey, nougat. </span> Palate: Super balance between volume and acid frame that manages to hold it throughout. You can feel the certain roundness of the caramel as well as the tension of the citrus fruits. Slight bitterness on the finish. </span> Food and wine pairings: Cod in white butter sauce, Normandy-style guinea fowl, nougat ice cream and lemon tart, watercress velouté, seafood platter, chicken tagine and candied lemons. </span>
