The River Cafe Look Book

An original work, designed by the team of the famous London restaurant the River Cafe, aimed at beginner cooks, young and old. This book brings together more than 50 cult recipes, delicious and easy to make, among the great classics from the River Cafe in London.   They have all been adapted by the chefs of the famous restaurant to make them accessible to everyone. HASPart photography book, part cookbook, this one-of-a-kind book encourages children of all ages to learn about family-style Italian cooking, with inspiring tips from the River Cafe. Multi-award winning chef and renowned culinary author Ruth Rogers launched River Cafe with Rose Gray in 1987.   Since then, she has trained many famous chefs in her kitchens and won numerous awards, including a Michelin star.   Chefs Sian Wyn Owen and Joseph Trivelli have both worked at the River Cafe for over 20 years.
