Can you tell where the nearest prison is? How many people are locked in there? If they are men, women or children? Is their detention time weeks or years? Prison is a little-spoken and unfamiliar place, a place most of us will never enter. When we criticize systematic imprisonment, we often find ourselves retorted: "What more can you offer?
