The Fresh Heart of Sannio Immerse yourself in the wine soul of Campania, precisely in Casalduni, in the province of Benevento, in the beating heart of Sannio.   Here, in the wine-growing heart of the region, our Falanghina del Sannio DOC is born, an organic wine that stands out for its irresistible freshness and a pleasantly bitter finish.       Enchanting Aromas, Bright Color: In our Falanghina you will find a rich variety of aromas that are best expressed from the September following the year of harvest.   Fresh and fruity, Falanghina del Sannio Bio Scuderia Italia offers notes of citrus, tropical fruits, peach, banana and white flowers.   With a charming straw yellow color, this wine is so fresh that it is perfect to enjoy even on hot Campania afternoons.       Artisan Tradition at 350 Meters Altitude: The vineyards are located approximately 350 meters above sea level, where cultivation, pruning and harvesting take place strictly by hand.   Here nothing is mechanized, since the characteristics of the territory require an artisanal and careful approach.       Free Foot: An Ancient Treasure: In Campania, some vines resisted the invasion of phylloxera at the end of the 1800s.   Many vines today require grafting, but 30% of those that make up the Falanghina del Sannio are "ungrafted".   This not only indicates the antiquity of the vineyard, but tells of the pure magic of ancient vines, looked after for four generations.   A territory that has seen hundreds of families born and that still lives on today, creating new vineyards, dreams and passions.
