Vera Int-Veen has a passion for good spices – that's why she insisted on visiting our Kampot farm The Pepper Hill in Cambodia. Kampot in Cambodia is THE growing area for pepper. One of the best peppers in the world is produced here, which is why real Kampot pepper is also a protected geographical indication. Great new ideas have emerged on our farm, we have freshly implemented these ideas into three fantastic Kampot originals – straight from the farm:Vera's Kampot pepper saltIdeal as a finisher for sprinkling on e.g. vegetables, meat, fish, salads or casseroles, etc... Crunchy sun flakes – these are hand-scooped sea salt flakes that are dried again in glass cases to become particularly crunchy – meet freshly ground black Kampot pepper.
