The Andaliman pepper is harvested in pure wild growth on the island of Sumatra. The entire panicle delivers an exciting complexity of various citrus aromas and creates an exciting tingle on the tongue. Ideal with fish, white meat or in curries. A small amount is enough to turn salt into a citrus salt.
