Creamy white large berries, strong aroma of hay and notes of eucalyptus. Intense, pure sharpness. Muntok Blanc goes well with fish, poultry, light sauces and quiche. It comes from the Indonesian island of Bangka, not far from Sumatra, and bears the name after its port of export. Suitable for mortars and grinders.
