This one comes from the region of La Vera de Caceres, in the heart of the Gredos mountain range near Madrid. Pimenton de la Vera adds a smoky flavor to all your dishes and its bright red color makes it a very interesting coloring agent in the preparation of dishes. It is a very interesting addition to sauces, fish, rice, pasta, eggs, stuffings and fresh cheese.Origin: Spain
